Welcome to Caye Coffee Roasting Company’s Online Store !!!!!

Before placing an order, we would like to make you aware of a few items that are unique to our situation. The main thing to understand is that we are located on an island in the Caribbean Sea. This automatically makes us different….. barges, aircraft, water taxis are all methods of moving goods, both on and off the island. Access to using major courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) is available. The problem with the couriers is that their costs are so extremely high, using their services would make the shipping costs so outrageous, nobody would want to purchase our products online.

For that reason, we have worked with the Belize Postal Service to reduce the impact of shipping costs due to our geographic location. We have executed a few test shipments to the US and the results were cost efficient and the shipments all arrived within the given timeframe. Without those tests, we wouldn’t have known if online ordering was possible. The fact that you’re reading this means that we have figured out a secure method to get it to you at a reasonable price. In our tests, all customers were pleased to receive within the allotted timeframe.

So, while we are not going to be as quick as Amazon or eBay, we are going to get it to you within 15 days of purchase. We do provide a US Postal Service Tracking number that can be followed on https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action . Please be aware that the tracking number will show it leaving San Pedro, get processed through Belize City and then will be invisible for up to 5 days while it is in transit to Miami’s USPS international processing facility. Don’t worry, it will eventually appear.
We can assure you that it will arrive and it will be as fresh as it would be if you dropped in at our shop.
